Referral Incentive Program
We're always looking for talented and hardworking people! Who knows better than our Agents for helping us find top talent. We're a firm believer that great people know other great people, and we want to incentivize you for referring qualified individuals to join our team.
Who is Eligible to Participate?
All active Agents who have been working with us for at least 90 days are eligible to participate.
Referral Incentive Details:
Standard Referral: Receive a $99 incentive for each qualified referral who is successfully onboarded and completes 90 days of working with a client.
Premium Referral: Receive an additional $50 incentive (total $149) for referring individuals with specialized skills (e.g., bilingual agents, tech support expertise) who complete 90 days of working with a client.
How to Submit a Referral:
Online Form: Fill out the referral form below with the candidate's full name, email address, and phone number.
Email Submission: Alternatively, you can email the referral details to info@kiyavirtual.com with the email subject: "Agent Referral". Please be sure to include your name as reference.
In order to qualify, the applicant must:
List YOU as their referral source on their Kiya Virtual application.
The referral must be a new candidate who has not applied or worked with us in the past 12 months.
The referred candidate must meet all job requirements and successfully pass the application and onboarding process.
The incentive will be paid out within 30 days of the referred candidate completing their 90th day of working with a client.
Agents may refer as many candidates as they like, and incentives will be awarded for each qualified referral.
In the case of multiple referrals for the same candidate, the incentive will be awarded to the first contractor who submitted the referral.
The company reserves the right to amend or terminate the Referral Bonus Program at any time.
Additional Incentives:
Referral Milestone: Receive an extra $200 incentive when you refer 5 candidates within a calendar year. Extra incentive is paid out after 5 candidates have completed 180 days of working with any client.
