Our U.S.-based Account Managers work in your time zone or one that aligns with your business hours to ensure seamless communication. Global Sales Assistants and support staff are also scheduled strategically to maximize coverage and efficiency.

Who will I be working with?

You’ll be paired with a dedicated U.S.-based Account Manager and a skilled Global Sales Assistant, forming a strategic support team. Your Account Manager serves as your main point of contact while ensuring backend tasks are executed flawlessly by your support assistant.

What if I run out of time?

We offer flexible extra hours if you find yourself needing support, so you can scale as your needs grow. You can purchase additional hours in increments of 3, 5, 10, or 20 at a rate of $55/hour. If you’re consistently running low on hours, we recommend upgrading to the next plan tier to ensure your support scales with your business needs.

Do you offer month-to-month contracts?

Yes! All of our plans are flexible and month-to-month with no long-term commitments. Stay because it works—not because you’re locked in.
